After completing Jane’s  Social Media 101 class I feel much more informed and confident about new ways of communicating news and advertising via the internet. Jane made us all feel very comfortable as we began to learn about these new pathways of communicating. With an organized power point program, terminology worksheet and her clear and simple ways of explaining she made us much  less intimidated. With her guidance, we all left feeling that we could go out on our own and venture into the “now” with these exciting new venues of communication. Before working with Jane I did not have a clear understanding of how to work with Facebook and take advantage of the clever use of Facebook for marketing that I see others doing daily.  After working with Jane, I now have a better understanding of how several social media platforms work, their purpose and focus which helps me determine where I what to put my attention. Jane’s workshops are fun and casual and I very much enjoy working with her. It’s also a good networking opportunity.
